The plot of a story is never complete without the climax. The climax is the part of the story wherein the interest of the readers is at its peak and this is where the solution is given.
A Midsummer Night's Dream is a comic play made by the great playwright William Shakespeare. In my opinion, it is one of the most enjoyable Shakespearean masterpieces.
As for me, the climax of the play is when the four protagonists, Lysander, Hermia, Helena and Demetrius had confusions on whom they love because of the love potion. Both Lysander and Demetrius thought they loved Helena. This situation made Helena feel that she was fooled by the three other characters. Demetrius and Lysander fought each other to fight for Helena and this made Hermia very jealous which pushed her to hurt Helena physically. Upon this, Puck and Oberon tried to correct the disarrays and led the characters to their respective lovers.
This part was truly exciting which made me think that it is the climax of the story. At the same time, although this part was a quarrel I still find it humorous to read.
